I took two of the girls to the dr today for a check up. trying to get some of their appts done this summer. it took 2.5 hrs. so much time is spent waiting at the drs office. that's why i don't like going (but the dr. was so nice so that's a plus). when you have babies, it's hard sitting in the waiting room, then in the small exam room. speaking of that savannah, has her 9 mo appt next week. 9 months already! we stopped by and picked up a few things for laura and brandon's camp on the way home. kenny has to drive 10 hrs. round trip to take the kids, all the way to the east coast near the beach. i've pretty much decided not to go. i want to see them off to camp but....i'm lucky to be able to get to our vacation spot and that's only about 6 hrs. one way. still way too much but at least you don't have to turn around and drive back the same day. they're excited about going. hopefully we can go swimming tomorrow. today was just too busy. is any day not? usually not around here. brandon was telling me how a neighbor turned in someone for something. wonder why people are so into what someone else is doing....watching and talking and deciding if they like what someone's doing or not. that's one good thing about not being in a n.assoc. and 98% of them are great and easy to get along with but that 1 or 2 who like to cause trouble for someone, just like in other relationships. well, off to read a little bit before bedtime. i'm really trying to finish this book...only about 50 more pgs and then i get to start another one.
