out n' about

Audrey, Livy, and Jonah helping daddy; Kenny and Brandon working hard in the yard. Good thing they have a good work ethic because there's a lot of it to be done around here; Savannah with one of her favorite big sisters (all of her sisters love her very much). We need to get her baby swing out. She'd love it.
This weekend is going to be busy. Brandon wants to get his learner's, he has a yard to mow tomorrow, the kids want to go to the fair and fireworks. I took 7 of the kids swimming tonight. Jonah didn't want to wear his swimmies and his swim float suit from last year was too small, but he stayed in the hot tub area where it's more shallow. Actually, it's much less stressful at the pool this year than it was last year since the kids are getting better in the water, but it's still constant watching, especially with the younger ones. I actually got in the pool just so I'd have better access to Jonah. It's been almost 6 wks since the surgery so I figured it'd be ok. Next wk I have 2 more appts and the kids have some appts coming up. We've been busy with that but I'm glad it's all scheduled in the summer. I think the bad cold has finally moved out of the house. I never got it...yet anyway...so hoping I won't. I don't need to be down with a cold. There's no time for it.
