shark teeth

We've been spending most of the day on the beach and then headed out to do other things at night. It's been so nice. A little cool over the weekend but the sun was beautiful. Most of the touristy things we've already done over teh years. We've been coming here so long, almost every summer since we've been married, except for when a baby arrived a couple of times and it got too busy. The kids want to play putt-putt though so we'll do that. There's one near our condo that you ride a little train to the top that the kids like. We went out to eat the other night and the kids all got free ice creams loaded with toppings. It was so much food. Laura said Friendly's was the friendliest place she's ever been. Savannah's done really well considering she's a curious, active baby in new surroundings, in a non-baby proofed room. She loves the sand and the water, stepping her little toes in.

There are a lot of Canadians down here, but I've heard a few southern accents. Our kids met some other kids from TN today and played beach football. Everyone's nice and having a good time. It's been good to talk to some people from past trips. The kids are having fun playing ninja and whatever games they can think of with their friends. We've found lots of seashells. Audrey's getting good at finding shark teeth. We've probably found 50 or so....they're fun to search for. A little boy wanted to help us find some yesterday but he didn't know what they were so I gave him some of ours. He was happy about that.
We're headed out in a little bit. It's a perfect beach day and a lot warmer too!
